What to do in an emergency?
If you are unsure if it is an emergency situation, you can visit our Q&A section and see if there are answers to your questions.
If you use a regular veterinary service, you should call them first to see if they can help as they will have full record of your pet, they may already provide their own out-of-hours services. If your pet needs immediate emergency case, we would typically ask you to bring your pet into our practice where we have all the suitable medical facilities to treat your pet immediately. Our veterinary team takes into account your petís medical history and personality based on your petís file. After you have admitted your pet to our practice, our duty vet will advise you on what to do next, based on your petís condition and what you tell us.
If you would like to find out more about our emergency services, please call us on 0208 783 2850 or email your questions to firstname.lastname@example.org.
